American Council of Life Insurers
The American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) represents the interests of 426 life insurance companies operating in
the United States and their millions of policyholders before federal and state legislators, state insurance departments,
administration officials, federal regulatory agencies, and the courts. ACLI is working to educate consumers on how life
insurance, pensions, annuities, disability income insurance, and long-term care insurance help Americans plan for and
achieve financial and retirement security.

Health Insurance Association of America
The Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA) is the nation's most prominent trade association representing
the private health care system. Its 294 members provide health, long-term care, dental, disability, and supplemental
coverage to more than 123 million Americans. HIAA develops and advocates federal and state policies that enhance our health
care system's quality, affordability, accessibility, and responsiveness by lobbying state and federal legislators,
meeting with administrators and federal regulators, conducting public opinion polls, and publishing research and policy
analyses to help maintain the industry's credibility.

National Alliance of Life Insurance Companies
The National Alliance of Life Companies (NALC) is a national trade association of stock and mutual life and health
insurance companies. The NALC provides member companies with timely and accurate information useful in the day to day
conduct of business and is dedicated to providing a forum in which member companies may work with regulators and
legislators to promote fair and effective regulation of the life and health insurance industry, while allowing for a
reasonable return to policyholders and shareholders.

National Association of Insurance Commissioners
The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) is an organization of insurance regulators from the 50
states, the District of Columbia and the four U.S. territories. The NAIC provides a forum for the development of uniform
policy when uniformity is appropriate, and helps state regulators fulfill their primary responsibility of protecting the
interests of insurance consumers.

Council for Affordable Health Insurance
The Council for Affordable Health Insurance (CAHI) is a research and advocacy association of insurance carriers
active in the individual, small group, MSA and senior markets. The mission of the Council for Affordable Health
Insurance is to develop and promote free market solutions to America's health care challenges. CAHI has played a major
role in Congress and state legislatures by educating lawmakers and regulators regarding the positive results or adverse
consequences of reform measures. CAHI is working to help to help solve one of the nation's greatest challenges: to
develop a health care system that enables all citizens to have access to affordable and quality health care.

Life Office Management Association
Life Office Management Association (LOMA) is an international association through which more than 1,250 insurance and
financial services companies from over 60 countries participate in research and educational activities to improve company
operations through quality employee development, research, information sharing, and related products and services.
LOMA members are involved in life and health insurance, managed care, annuities, pensions, banking, bancassurance,
securities, and other financial services areas. Through its staff and network of industry volunteers, the association
serves a large and influential group of companies -- the U.S. member companies alone account for approximately 95 percent
of the more than 15 trillion dollars' worth of life insurance in force in the United States today.

Founded in 1981, the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA) is a non-profit, trade
association dedicated to serving the interests of value-added, independently-owned brokerage agencies throughout the
United States and North America.

National Association of Health Underwriters
The National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) strives to educate the public and decision makers about the
value health insurance professionals deliver in helping consumers access the health care system. Through education and
association involvement, NAHU works to increase members' ability to better serve consumers.

Florida Insurance Council
Today's Florida Insurance Council has evolved due to the development, growth, and merger of three separate state
insurance trade organizations: the Florida Association of Domestic Insurance Companies (FADIC), the Florida Insurance
News Service (FINS) and the Florida Insurance Council (FIC). The FIC represents the industry in legislative and regulatory
matters, and in judicial and executive branch forums. Additionally, FIC tracks, analyzes and communicates all public
policy developments to members, and educates the media, consumers and the general public on the business of insurance.

Florida Insurance Forum
The Florida Insurance Forum is a nonprofit corporation formed by insurance
companies doing business in the state. Its members represent all line of insurance, including A&H and P&C. The Forum
believes the best insurance marketplace for the citizens of Florida includes objective regulation and an absence of
political overbearing in administrative agencies. Through advocacy, legislative activity and legal challenges, the Forum
is working to improve Florida's regulatory environment and revitalize the insurance marketplace by applying the free
market principles of competition.
