As General Counsel, Mr. Baluk is responsible for all legal matters, issues and obligations of GTL and its subsidiaries.

Mr. Baluk joined Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company in November 1997 after more than 16 years at various other insurance companies including Allstate Life, Bankers Life and Casualty Company, and Washington National Insurance Company.

Mr. Baluk is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School.
