Joe DeMonte became a part of GTL in 1986 when he joined the company as Vice President of Information Services. As Senior Vice President of Administration since 1995, he oversees the operations of the New Business/Underwriting, Customer Service, Policyowner Service, Claim, Information Services, Mail Center, and File departments. 

In July 2009 Joe was elected to the Board of Directors for Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company and also serves as an officer and board member for various GTL subsidiaries. He acts as the Chief Privacy Officer for GTL and the corresponding officer for LOMA, AHIP, and ACLI and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, with honors, from Loyola University.
