Carl Leader joined GTL in 2004 as a regional sales manager and was promoted to Vice President of Life and Health Sales in 2007.

In his current role, Carl oversees Guarantee Trust's life and health sales which include simplified issue products such as critical illness, cancer with return of premium, hospital indemnity, and other supplemental products. He also manages the sales support, marketing, and licensing efforts for life and health sales.

Prior to joining GTL, Carl held marketing and management positions with Pioneer Life, Conseco Medical, and Bankers Life and Casualty Company.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and Spanish from Loras College.
