David Meyer joined GTL in 2010 as Vice President of Special Health with more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. David oversees the Special Health line of business consisting of college accident/sickness and sports, K-12 accident/sickness and sports, and non-student coverages.

He also manages fronting arrangements with reinsurers and third party administrators for a variety of niche markets including major medical, short-term medical and high-deductible group programs for professional employment organizations and associations.

David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting, business administration and mathematics from Augustana College.
