Dean Zivkovic began working at GTL in 1981 as an underwriter. Now a Vice President, Dean is responsible for overseeing the processing of the new business life and health applications.  

Dean is a member of various underwriting organizations and has earned the designations of Fellow, Life Management Institute; Fellow, Academy of Life Underwriting; and Charter Life Underwriter. He is also the past president of the Chicago Home Office Life and Health Underwriting Association.  

Born in Flensburg, Germany, Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA in marketing from DePaul University. Dean has worked in the life and health underwriting field for more than 25 years.
