3 Regional Sales Manager

Currently, we seek a Regional Sales Manager to drive health and life sales to meet department sales quotas by identifying, recruiting, training and developing both Senior Market and Underage health agents and agencies in GTL's Western Region. This role will involve 50% travel.

Qualified candidates should possess proven sales success and experience in the life and health insurance industry with an emphasis on both the senior and underage health markets. A thorough understanding of the independent distribution marketplace in the West Coast and proven experience developing relationships with these various channels is required. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, presentation and training skills are essential. Public speaking experience required, along with strong verbal/written communication, leadership and time management skills.

4 Marketing Assistant

We currently seek a highly organized Marketing Assistant to provide administrative support to our Sales and Regional Sales Managers. Responsibilities include managing schedules, travel arrangements and contracts, plus creating PowerPoint presentations and various reports. Other duties include processing check requests and expense reports, preparing materials for proposals as well as trade shows, proofing materials and handling ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Qualified candidates possess:

  • Proven success creating/writing and editing sales materials such as newsletters and PowerPoint presentations
