Retiree Care Series Plans
GTL's Retiree Care Series is a health plan designed to complement Medicare's benefits. The plan covers many of the deductibles, co-payments and out-of-pocket medical expenses not covered by Medicare. As a result, the retirees will be "carved out" of the active employee group, providing them with a plan that will benefit the retiree and the employer. GTL's Retiree Care Series providers:
Group Rates - The rates for retiree groups are age-banded and are based on
the unique characteristics of the group. Retirees are accepted to the Retiree
Care Series on a guaranteed issue basis for groups of 50 or more lives.
Groups of less than 50 lives will be given individual consideration.
Choices - The Retiree Care Series offers the retiree the freedom to
choose any physician or hospital.
Flexible Plans - The Retiree Care Series offers four plan designs
with wellness benefits included. Specific plan designs can also be created to
fit the needs and budget of the employer group. Fully insured prescription
drug plans, discount vision, dental and Rx plans are also available.
Administration - Consolidated billing, retiree administration outsourcing
and outstanding member services are available with the Retiree
Care Series.
