GTL’s competitive child care coverage is designed to help reduce the financial and emotional burdens that can result from an accidental injury at your child care facility. Our insurance provides low-cost coverage for children and staff when accidental injuries occur.
Our non-resident child care includes:
- day care centers,
- Montessori day schools,
- preschool,
- latch key,
- religious or parochial, and
- before and after school programs.
Plan Details
- Choose one of three options: Standard, Deluxe or Deluxe Plus
- Customized programs offering up to $25,000 in accident medical benefits
- Accidental Death benefit options of $5,000 and $10,000
- One of the lowest minimum premiums in the business
- In-house claims service
- Participants and staff are eligible
The insurance plan covers medical expenses incurred by a participant when an accident or injury occurs while participating in the covered activities. Medical expense benefits include:
- local professional ambulance service to or from a hospital and/or surgical center;
- treatment, services, and supplies provided by a doctor, hospital or surgical care center;
- physical therapy provided by a licensed professional;
- nursing care provided by a licensed nurse;
- X-ray and lab examinations;
- prescription drugs and therapeutic services and supplies;
- dental treatment as a result of injury to sound, natural teeth; and
- specific licensed home health care agency services and supplies provided instead of an otherwise required hospital or skilled nursing home confinement.
GTL does not provide coverage for those who operate a child care service out of their homes.
