At Guarantee Trust Life, we understand that during this difficult time you may be experiencing financial or displacement hardships that could have an effect on the insurance coverage you have with us. This webpage is intended to provide you with information on time extensions that have been granted by the agency regulating insurance in your state.  States which currently have time extensions and / or other provisional allowances are listed below.

Alabama – Policyholders affected by Hurricane Sally

In an effort to assist victims of Hurricane Sally, we are taking action to communicate with potentially impacted insureds. We realize you may not have access to mail, insurance documents, and need additional time to address the interruptions caused by this disaster event. We are extending a grace period from September 15, 2020 to November 15, 2020 for affected insureds who have premium due or have timeframe requirements for submission of any information. California – Policyholders in Designated Wildfire Disaster Areas

In an effort to assist victims of the wildfires throughout the state, we are taking action to communicate with potentially impacted insureds. We realize you may not have access to your mail, including premium information for your policy. Louisiana- Policyholders affected by Hurricane Laura

In an effort to assist victims of Hurricane Laura, we are taking action to communicate with potentially impacted insureds. We realize you may not have access to mail, insurance documents, and need additional time to address the interruptions caused by this disaster event. We are extending a premium grace period from August 27, 2020 through October 24, 2020 for affected insureds who have premium due or have timeframe requirements for submission of any information. Oregon – Policyholders in Specified Wildfire Disaster Areas

In an effort to assist victims of the wildfires throughout the state, we are taking action to communicate with potentially impacted insureds. We realize you may not have access to your policy related documents or ID cards, and that your healthcare providers may also need additional time to provide claim related information.
