Don Abbs became a part of GTL in 2012 when he joined the company as Vice President, Chief Actuary. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Actuarial and Operational Development in January 2023.
Mr. Abbs oversees the Actuarial department which includes pricing, product development, experience analysis and valuation. He has over 25 years of experience in product management and holds FSA, MAAA, CFA and FRM insurance industry designations.
Mr. Abbs has a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois.
